is not about learning more

Life-Long Learning

Life-Wide Learning

asks:

What do I still need to learn?

How can I learn from what is already happening?

LWL IS NOT ONLY A WAY TO LOOKAT OTHER PEOPLE'S IDEAS

It is an invitation to learn every day: to connect what seems unrelated through analogical thinking, and to turn what you notice into insight through reflection.

Every place has

something to say

What if learning could begin with where you are?

LWL Experiences are audio walks that turn ordinary places into material for thinking. A city street. A specialty coffee shop. A gallery. A route you've walked a hundred times — and never really seen.

Three

questions

to

take

with

you

How do you switch on analogical thinking?

An analogy doesn't transfer properties. It transfers relationships. A relationship is a connection that affects the result.

Pick anything you love doing outside of work — and ask three questions.

01

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DO IT?

Recall it in detail. What happens when it works — and when it doesn't?

02

WHAT DOES THE RESULT DEPEND ON?

Name the relationship, not the feature.

03

WHERE ELSE DOES IT WORK THE SAME WAY?

Find the place in your work where the result depends on exactly the same thing — and see how you can use it.

About the project

A different way of thinking about learning

When we want people to grow, we tend to add: another meeting, another activity, another hour. But most people are already running at full capacity. In a world that never stops asking for more, one more course is just one more thing to carry.

Life-Wide Learning moves in the opposite direction. It doesn't ask you to make room for learning. It helps you find it in what is already there — a meeting, a walk, a film, a conversation, the road home. Life is already happening. The art is in choosing what serves your goal, and knowing how to begin.

The ideal: the time you already give to work and life starts teaching you back.
